The foundation stone for Baumgartner Immobilien AG in Horgen (formerly Verwaltungsbüro Hofmann) was laid in 1966 by Samuel and Eduard Hofmann. Alfred Baumgartner has been involved in the business since 1987 and took over the company in 2003, continuing to run it successfully ever since.
Baumgartner Immobilien AG specializes in the management and administration of real estate in the canton of Zurich. Our range of services includes, in particular, expert support for rental properties and condominiums.
We also advise and support our clients in the sale of properties and renovation projects.
Our activities are mainly concentrated on the left bank of Lake Zurich. We are therefore very familiar with local procedures and contact points.
We are particularly proud that we have been able to serve most of our clients for many years. This is primarily thanks to our experienced, long-standing employees.
