Information for patients with public health insurance: We are unable to accept new patients with public health insurance. Existing clients are exempt.

Hours: Phone hours are the same as business hours. Emails and SMS/WhatsApp messages are processed and answered exclusively during official business hours.

Cancellations/rescheduling outside of business hours: Cancellations or requests can be made at any time via email and SMS/WhatsApp. Please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment; appointments canceled too late will be charged (we consider the time of sending). No confirmations of emails or SMS/WhatsApp messages will be sent outside of business hours.

Information on the Data Protection Act: As a medical practice, we are legally required to have every patient sign a document regarding data protection, as is standard practice in medical offices. This document serves solely as a safeguard for the patient and does not contain any sensitive data. Individuals who do not wish to sign this document for personal reasons are asked not to book appointments with us. We are permitted to treat only those individuals who have signed the data protection document. Booked appointments that are not kept will be billed.

A brief introduction to our practice

We address all foot-related issues. As trained podiatrists, we remove your corns and troublesome calluses, trim your toenails, and gently file them. Our services also include the diagnosis and treatment of all types of foot problems. We offer various types of nail braces as well as partial nail prosthetics, which we use to treat and resolve a wide range of problems and pain.

We are also well-versed in cosmetic services. In addition to standard manicures, we offer permanent UV nail polish for the feet that lasts up to 4 weeks. This polish is vegan, free of toxins, and made in Switzerland. It is available in various colors, as well as in the classic French style.

At our practice, you can purchase high-quality foot and hand creams, foot and shoe deodorants, and other products for your feet and hands upon request.

We place great importance on hygiene and patient safety. Our podiatry instruments are professionally packaged and properly sterilized according to industry standards.

Our practice premises have been freshly renovated and lovingly furnished and equipped to meet the latest standards. You can expect a cheerful and motivated small team as well as a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. While enjoying a soothing pedicure, take in the old-town charm of our new practice space with a view of Bern’s lively alleys, located right next to the Zytglogge Tower with its exceptionally beautiful architecture.
