Beaucoup de dégâts sur les meubles, parquet , mures, lampe cassé et tout ça sans rien dire, n’y même s’excuser! Un devis mal estimé en nombre de carton,avec des cartons mis à disposition en prêt 10* trop petits...donc forcément! Limite malhonnête!

I have moved many times but this is the first time I had such a bad experience. I have had many things go missing including very expensive silver cutlery. A damage to a painting and extra charges put on top that were totally unexpected and not what we agreed to.I tried over and over to ask where my things could be but promised a reply which was constantly avoided for months. Nothing has been found and the final answer was they cannot find anything and that’s it. No explanations, no insurance, no replies to most mails, phone calls when answered replied with empty promises. I hired a lawyer which I soon gave up on due to high costs and time I did not have, plus all the stress I had to incur. My husband tried with a last mail with no reply whatsoever, this was just a few weeks ago. To this date no reply, as expected, no insurance spoken for the loss of my goods nothing. No, I would never recommend this company.

2 ans après mon déménagement, toujours pas été indemnisée pour les parquets griffés, mes meubles sont tous abîmés et des tablars inutilisables. Son assurance ne m’la rien indemnisé. Ne prend pas en charge les dégâts. Pris du personnel non qualifié. Entreprise pas fiable à éviter à tous pris
