Our experience with Autohause 61 was extremely disappointing. Within hours of purchasing our 2016 MINI Countryman S, the underbody cover detached while driving on the highway. Soon after, a fractured rear spring was discovered, followed by engine-related issues and a check engine light. What concerned us most was the lack of support and professionalism when we raised these issues. Communication was poor, our concerns were largely dismissed, and a phone call regarding the vehicle’s problems ended with the representative hanging up. As parents of a young infant, we purchased this vehicle expecting it to be safe and reliable. Experiencing multiple significant problems almost immediately after purchase has left us with little confidence in this dealership. Buyers should exercise caution and have any vehicle thoroughly inspected before purchasing.
