Monsieur Machado has been working at Le Corail Rose for 12 years, and two years ago decided to take over the reins of the restaurant. Knowing the restaurant business inside out, and having taken courses as a cafetier, he simultaneously takes on the duties of cook and manager. Surrounded by 3 employees, he works hard every day to maintain the friendly atmosphere that has characterized Corail Rose since its creation. Specializing in garlic prawn dishes, the restaurant serves large, steaming dishes every day, around which you can gather to share a pleasant moment, and above all: refill to your heart's content!
