SuisseUp is a training company established in February 2021, which focuses on the Wellbeing and Empowerment of the Person offering training pathways, so retraining, workshops, lectures and services for the benefit of all those who wish to grow or renew themselves  in their personal, school or professional lives.

Pathways aimed at adults can be divided into 2 macro-areas:

CURSES AND WORKSHOPS FOR THE BUSINESS AREA:

-        Personal and professional growth workshops: public speaking, team building, conflict management, effective communication ...

-       Language courses for obtaining language certifications or learning sectoral languages;

-       Courses for entering the world of work, with trainings for obtaining cantonal certifications in Basic and Advanced Accounting, HR Assistant in partnership with L'HRSE, courses on the use of banana software, etc.

CURSES WITH PROFESSIONALIZING DIPLOMA - WELLNESS AREA:

-      Course to become a Nutrition Coach (130 hours)

-      Course to become Mindfulness Consultant (90 hours)

-      Course to become Yoga Teacher for Children and Adolescents (80 hours)

-       Course to become Laughter Yoga Leader (19 hours)

All courses have unedited materials meticulously created and structured by the trainers in order to meet the expectations of a careful and quality training. Class groups are not very large so as to create an atmosphere of sharing and immediate response to participants' doubts and questions.
