• Functional Integration FOI (manual therapy)
  A gentle method that treats blockages and compensations in the body that are not always found at the pain site itself.

• Fall prevention (dizziness therapy)
  Through targeted training, we improve your strength, mobility and balance, especially to prevent falls in older people.

• Medical massage
  Combination of massage and physiotherapy techniques to relax muscles and tendons, promote blood circulation and improve lymph flow.

• Kinesio tape
  Elastic adhesive tapes support the muscles in painful conditions and promote blood circulation.

• Electrotherapy/ultrasound
  Pain relief, muscle relaxation and blood circulation stimulation through current and ultrasound therapy.

• Manual lymphatic drainage
  Treatment of lymphatic drainage disorders using special grip techniques to promote lymph flow and tissue repair.
