Help and care at home

We are committed to ensuring that our customers can lead as independent and self-determined a life as possible in their familiar home despite health restrictions. 

This includes:

Assessment (with RAI Home Care) and advice:

Comprehensive assessment of individual assistance and care needs, taking into account the social environment

Basic care:

For example, support with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, getting up and getting dressed and eating

Treatment care:

e.g.B. Wound care and dressing changes, administration of medication, including injections and infusions, blood sampling, pulse, blood pressure and blood sugar measurement

Palliative care, end-of-life care 

Palliative care includes the care and treatment of people with incurable, life-threatening and/or chronically progressive illnesses.

Patients are guaranteed an optimal quality of life adapted to their situation until death and their close caregivers are given appropriate support.

-Psychiatric care:

Support for mentally ill people in crisis situations and in basic everyday management (in collaboration with specialized institutions)

Acute and transitional care:

Directly following a hospital stay for a maximum of two weeks

Care/support: e.g. in crisis situations

Housekeeping:

e.g. home care, shopping, cooking, laundry

Help for self-help:

e.g. advice, involvement and guidance of relatives, coordination of cooperation with other outpatient services, arrangement of other services such as aids, meal service, transport service, administrative support, etc.

For specific target groups such as children and people with psychiatric illnesses, there is cooperation or a service agreement with specialized organizations.
