Company history

On March 2, 1996, Markus and Nicole Hunziker opened a small bakery in Arch. In 2000, we built our new building at Römerstrasse West 24.
In 2001, we relocated and opened the "Römer Café" and the new bakery.

Fields of activity

We are a bakery, patisserie, confectionery and café that focuses on quality and uses raw materials from the local area.
We are happy to respond to customer requests or to lovingly present our creations at your event.

Company philosophy

We spoil our customers with freshly baked bread every day, 363 days a year, until closing time, and are constantly working on new and innovative products. We strive to do our best to ensure that our patented bread specialties, such as Römerbrot and Ziegelbrot, meet the high quality requirements.
