Our residents feel comfortable and live as independently as possible. Because we take them and their needs seriously. Each resident defines what quality of life is for themselves. We respond to individual wishes, take needs into account and respect privacy. In our daily work, we treat everyone, whether resident or family, with a smile, kindness and empathy. More and more older people are suffering from dementia. In our sheltered ward, they live in a community in a living concept specially adapted for them. They move around freely in the sheltered unit, eat with friends in the dining room, meet in the "Sonnenstube" or relax in the garden. All staff are particularly patient and look after our residents with love and understanding. They plan their days individually and involve everyone in the activity program as much as possible.
