Philosophy
"Architecture is based on three principles: firmitas (strength, stability), utilitas (functionality, usefulness), and venustas (grace, beauty)."
Vitruvius (Marcus Vitruvius Pollio), Roman architect
Approx. 30 BC In: "De Architectura Libri Decem" – Ten Books on Architecture
Vitruvius' three principles remain timeless and essential aspects of all architecture. We hope we can help you. For example, stability can also mean economy, usefulness can be considered in relation to sustainability, and grace can be understood as a well-thought-out, plausible design concept.
If one of the three aspects is revealed, it is no longer architecture.
We believe that architecture, as the most public of all arts, is still called upon and obliged to synthesize these three aspects in its design. Only then has architecture been built beyond the building itself.
With this in mind, our ultimate focus is on reflecting the needs of both the client and all project participants, while always proceeding in a time-conscious, cost-conscious, and quality-conscious manner.
Our goal is not to create a style of office, but rather to be open and curious about each construction project, with the aim of finding individual, diverse, innovative, and contemporary solutions.
