Traditional Chinese medicine is based on ancient healing methods that treat illnesses without damaging the body. According to Chinese philosophy, in addition to the respiratory, digestive, hormonal, nervous, and circulatory systems, the human body also has an energy circulation system.
Our vital energy moves through specific channels, called meridians, which are spread throughout the body like a network. Acupuncture points are located on these meridians, which are connected to our internal organs. According to Chinese medicine, an energy blockage in these channels causes illness. After studying an appropriate treatment for each patient, it is possible to unblock the flow of energy by stimulating the points on the meridians with acupuncture, with or without needles, and moxibustion. The stimuli received in this way through the nervous system reach the muscles and then the organs. Furthermore, as we will see later, it is also possible to provide appropriate treatment through diet and the use of medicinal herbs.

1. Consultation, in-depth analysis
In order to ensure successful treatment, all aspects of the patient's physical and mental health are taken into account in the medical history, as well as, of course, their lifestyle habits.
2. Diagnosis as in ancient times
Through a careful visual diagnosis of the iris, pulse, tongue, and ear, it is possible to make a diagnosis according to ancient Chinese principles. It is possible to determine the energetic state of our internal organs.
3. Treatment
Based on the patient's state of health, a personalized treatment plan is developed. Detoxification before starting treatment is essential. This can be achieved through hydrocolon therapy, medicinal herbs, or even manual lymphatic drainage. Acupuncture, acupressure, chromopuncture, moxibustion, and Chinese massages such as gua sha fa and hot stone are very effective in balancing the entire psychophysical system of our body.
Acupuncture sessions are always accompanied by relaxing Qi-Gong exercises to accelerate the energy flow of the meridians, and thus healing.
After diagnosis, individual dietary plans based on the five elements can also be created, specifically designed for each patient according to their specific ailments. Eating according to the principle of the five elements nourishes all our internal organs.
Chinese dietetics according to the five elements
The distinctive feature of Chinese dietetics is its harmony. Based on the individual picture of the ailments, the diagnosis of the tongue and pulse, a highly personalized consultation can be carried out. Dietary recommendations specifically designed for each patient, referring to foods, can be found here, and take into account the stages of life, the type of constitution with its own ailments, the seasons, and so on, allowing both preventive action to maintain our health and an increase in well-being. Fields of application: nutrition, based on the principles of Chinese doctrine, plays a role in both prevention and support of healing processes.

Small glass cups are slid over the skin of the back, in the area of the meridians, in a particularly invigorating Chinese treatment that stimulates the body's own healing powers. They eliminate waste and toxins from the metabolism, making it easier to improve circulation even deep within the tissues.

Hydrocolon therapy
Hydrocolon therapy involves the gentle and thorough cleansing of the intestines.
The colon is purified using a state-of-the-art professional device that also incorporates chromotherapy. Warm water, specially prepared by the machine, is gently introduced into the intestine via an infusion.
The patient lies comfortably on their back. The treatment is very hygienic, painless, and odorless.
Waste residues, such as toxins, very old fecal encrustations, slag, bacteria, viruses, candida/mycosis, and parasite nests, are sucked out and eliminated directly by the machine thanks to hydrocolon therapy.
Waste residues cause damage to the intestinal flora and to the regular and natural movement of the intestine (intestinal peristalsis). They also cause inflammation of the intestinal wall, and valuable nutrients are not properly absorbed or assimilated by our body. By keeping waste residues on the walls of our intestines, they pass through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream, which means self-intoxication of the body with the associated repercussions on the entire organism.
Cleansing the intestine stimulates intestinal function and also improves the body's metabolic and immune systems.
A healthy intestine is the basis for healthy blood and a healthy body. The intestine is to humans what roots are to trees. This relationship is often the cause of many diseases:
concentration problems
depression
rheumatic diseases
allergies
skin diseases: eczema, psoriasis, etc.
fatigue
migraine/headache
diverticulitis
ulcerative colitis in remission
irritable bowel syndrome
bloating
constipation/diarrhea
