Nessi Zappella Maura

Dietitian ASDD graduated in 1996 in Geneva.

I immediately began working as an independent dietitian in my own practice. This independence has given me the opportunity to be active on various fronts in order to spread my knowledge in dietetics and nutrition, from consultations (to patients of all ages with conditions such as obesity, metabolic diseases, allergies-intolerances, IBS ...to clients who are sporty or simply concerned about their diet), to teaching , to menu analyses in various facilities with canteens, to collaboration with the media, to cooking classes.

I was an examiner for cooks in dietetics at the Trevano school.

Since 1997, I have been active in the Swiss committee of dietitians and later served for 12 years as president of the group Dietitians/i Ticino and still responsible for the group Ticino and active in several Swiss professional commissions.

I have worked with Fourchette Verte for 5 years, dealing with collective catering of old people's homes, hospitals and other facilities with company canteens.
