During the Chinese medicine session I can use the method(s) best suited to help you get better.

Acupuncture : placement of fine needles for 15 to 20 min

Tuina : therapeutic massage along meridians and energy points (tuina massage can also be performed on children from birth)

Therapeutic cupping : cupping or cupping massage

Moxibustion : a technique that involves heating certain energy points or regions of the body with a heating stick

Auriculotherapy : placing small seeds or needles on the ears. These can remain in place for a week to prolong the effect of the treatment

Guasha : the body is scratched with an instrument to release pain or tone the face

Chinese Pharmacopoeia : Chinese herbal prescription

Therapeutic Qi Gong :  energy emission therapy and/or exercises to be performed at home
