The Smash Burger conquers Switzerland.

The story of the Smash Burger began almost a hundred years ago in the USA in the 1930s.

At the time, chefs frying burgers on cast iron pans discovered that pressing the meat flat on a hot surface resulted in a crispy crust and a caramelized crust, which greatly improved the taste and texture of the burger. 

A few years ago, this special method of preparation - smashing - was rediscovered and is now conquering Europe and Switzerland. 

We are therefore very proud to be the only provider in the Baden area.
