For more than 40 years, the name Alphia has been synonymous with professionalism and efficiency in the auto body industry. Over the years, Alphia SA auto body shop has gained extensive experience and a high level of training, which has enabled the establishment of an intense relationship of trust with customers.

Today, the company is run by Ellis and Danilo who, being sons of the trade, have inherited "the approach of yesteryear" and, with it, a code of behavior now considered rare. The Alphia SA body shop, always attentive to rapid technological evolution, has equipped itself over time with state-of-the-art equipment and systems; it also has specialized employees who are constantly updated through continuous training. Over the years, thanks to the high quality requirements it has acquired, Alphia SA body shop has obtained several certifications and has established collaborations with various insurance partners.

Body straightening and frame matching bench

Frame straightening is a very delicate operation and must be done precisely. To perform this type of work professionally, we have a universal jig bench.

Preparation

This is the stage before painting. Each substrate to be painted has its own characteristics; therefore, it must be thoroughly prepared. We perform this operation using specific and quality products.

Varnishing

This is a process that does not allow for errors. Thanks to the professionalism of our employees we perform these processes flawlessly. We have also been using Standox brand paint products, a leading brand in the auto refinishing industry, for over thirty years.

Assembly and quality control

After painting, the vehicle parts are reassembled taking care of every detail. At the end of the repair cycle each step is inspected and tested by our quality control department.

Polishing

The polishing phase consists of a set of treatments and processes that allow to eliminate even the smallest imperfections present on the bodywork. With this service, the vehicle regains its original shine.

Hailing center and stamping service

Using the "hail scraper" technique, we restore the bodywork of cars damaged by hail or deformed by various impacts, without having to repaint or replace body parts. Our body shop specializes in this technique and guarantees high quality service.

Restoration

A passion for cars has led us to develop 20 years of experience in restorations of classic cars and motorcycles. With a lot of patience and true passion we perform both conservative restoration (affecting only certain parts of the car) and complete restoration (bodywork, mechanics, electrical system and upholstery). We perform these interventions meticulously and without neglecting any detail since, even the smallest mistake could compromise the final result of the restoration.

Most of the time it is necessary to reconstruct sheet metal parts from scratch and recreate paints and glazes based on the original colors. Other very delicate interventions, which distinguish the work of the true expert, are anti-rust treatments to restore the bodywork and chrome plating of profiles and accessories.

At the end of the restoration, for us, it is a huge satisfaction to hand back to the owner his classic car restored to its former glory!

Replacement cars

Nowadays, having your car repaired can be a problem, given the importance of mobility in everyday life. To ensure that our customers have full freedom of movement, we have as many as 7 replacement cars.

By arrangement we will pick up the damaged vehicle at your home or business and deliver a courtesy vehicle. You can also travel abroad with our vehicles!
