We cover the entire value chain - from site search, planning and realization to marketing and management. Thanks to our small company structure and specific expertise, we are able to attract well-known companies as main tenants time and again. We benefit from our long-standing collaboration with architects, planners and lawyers.

We generally keep the developed projects in our own portfolio.
