Manual lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic drainage
After many years of clinical experience and research, it has been possible to develop a rational treatment method that enables the renewal of lymph, activation of circulation, stimulation of cell vitality and regeneration of tissue. Lymphatic drainage is a healthy, natural, painless and absolutely effective method that gives life, health and beauty a new basis.
Treatment philosophy
I treat on different levels. Together we discuss the main problem. I treat very intuitively. After a detailed assessment, it becomes clear how your main problems can be addressed. The therapy goals are discussed with you and adapted to your individual needs. Your feedback is also important so that we can adapt the treatment and move forward together. It is important that you can play an active role in the treatment process. In addition to the treatment of current complaints, prevention plays an important role. The prerequisites for good physical performance are strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination and these can be trained very well at any age. Using medical training therapy, we can devise a program that meets your needs.
Who pays for the therapy?
I am recognized by all health insurance companies and accident insurers via the basic insurance. The prerequisite is that the therapy is prescribed by a doctor.
Craniosacral therapy can be billed via supplementary insurance. I am EMR recognized.
Self-payment is of course also possible.

Therapy services
Physiotherapy
A physiotherapist is a specialist for the musculoskeletal system. Physiotherapy is a branch of modern medicine and its primary task is to maintain or restore optimal movement functions.
Manual therapy
Manual therapists have undergone several years of part-time training after their physiotherapy training, whereby the knowledge and treatment techniques of the musculoskeletal system have been further deepened. Typical is the analytical assessment and the specific mobilization techniques on the joints and nerves.
Sports physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy is a special field within physiotherapy. The target group are active athletes who are in rehabilitation after an injury. Performance, strength and mobility are reduced after an injury. Using therapies based on the latest knowledge and targeted training, resilience is restored.
Easytaping
The aim of taping is not to restrict movement, but to enable the physiological movement of joints and muscles in order to activate the body's own control and healing processes.
Trigger point therapy
Muscles are often overlooked as the cause of pain. So-called trigger points in the musculature are often located far away from where the pain is felt. For example, lower leg pain caused by trigger points in the gluteal muscles. These points can be treated very effectively using special massage and stretching techniques.
Medical training therapy (MTT)
Targeted exercises are an important part of rehabilitation. With MTT, we can evenly increase your resilience and at the same time prevent complaints from recurring. As our practice is integrated into a training center, we have excellent training facilities at our disposal.
Craniosacral therapy
Includes the treatment of head, jaw and facial pain. The examination and treatment initially focuses on functional disorders of the temporomandibular joint, the skull and the nervous system in the cranial and facial area. Later, other related regions, such as the neck or shoulder, are also taken into consideration.
Massage
If you have a tense neck, then you can treat yourself to a massage. The massage is tailored to your needs.
