The Medical Emergency Call Center coordinates the emergency services of doctors, dentists, psychiatrists and pharmacies in the region of Northwestern Switzerland (Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft, Dorneck-Thierstein and lower Fricktal).

If you need the help of a doctor, our head office can put you in touch with one directly or call the ambulance. To this end, MNZ has maintained a good working relationship with medical associations, hospitals and other institutions in the region for decades.
