Clearing out an apartment or house?

We do: actually EVERYTHING that is involved in a clearance. We clear apartments and houses completely and swept clean. We only dispose of what really HAS to be.

Offer: Give us a call or use the contact form and arrange a viewing appointment with us. You will immediately receive a free and non-binding offer on site. Recyclable, saleable goods are taken into account and compared with the work involved and the disposal costs. This means that if you are offering a clearance in which there are still a lot of items such as furniture, flea market items, linen, clothes, lamps, carpets, pictures, crockery, jewelry, etc., then we may be able to offer you the clearance for FREE, or WE will buy the estate for cash.

Disposal/destruction of files: We take care of everything reliably and professionally when the order is placed. Disposals are also carried out professionally, files and business documents are immediately destroyed separately in a special company in a shredder.

Moving to a retirement home or smaller apartment: We can take care of the move for you and accept the furniture and flea market items that you have too much of. However, we only offer this service in conjunction with a clearance.

Our aim of the restoration is to restore the original appearance and function of the furniture. It should not be forgotten that these are antiques and that time and their previous owners have left their mark.

The furniture is restored in our workshop to a high quality and with outstanding expertise and the necessary respect for the individual piece of furniture.
Whether the classic shellac hand polish, which is elaborately applied in several hundred work steps, whether varnished or waxed, we only use products of very high quality, which ultimately brings the best possible result.

When the order is placed, the furniture is picked up from you and delivered to your home and set up again after the work is done. We will also provide you with the necessary care instructions and products so that you can enjoy your unique piece of furniture in the long term.
