Session procedure: First we discuss your concerns and then we usually work on your goal on the therapy table, for example with acupressure, sound, images, massage on the clothed body and much more. At the final meeting, we reflect on the session and, if necessary, I will give you various suggestions for sustainable success in everyday life.
