We, Bäckerei Lanz AG, are a small to medium-sized family-run business. We mainly serve two different markets: our retail store in Egghölzli and various delivery customers in the surrounding area.

Our business embodies two fundamental characteristics:
1 — Craftsmanship and tradition; our products are made using traditional methods. Modern machines are only used to assist with a few steps in the process.
2 — The ingredients used to make our products are mostly sourced from the region, are free from industrial additives, and are produced naturally.

As stated in our registered company name, our core business is an attractive range of bakery products. Our specialties are in the areas of small baked goods and specialty breads. Our baked goods differ fundamentally from those of large distributors in terms of quality and freshness.
