We, Bäckerei Lanz AG, are a small to medium-sized company in the form of a family business. We mainly serve two different sales markets: firstly, our sales outlet in Egghölzli and secondly, various surrounding delivery customers.

Our company embodies two fundamental characteristics:
1 - Craftsmanship and tradition; our products are made by hand using traditional methods. The support of modern machines only applies to a few work steps.
2 - The ingredients used to manufacture our products are largely sourced locally, are free from industrial additives and are naturally produced.

As stated in the registered company name, our core business relates to an attractive range of bakery products. Our specialties can be found in the areas of small baked goods and specialty bread. In terms of quality and freshness, our baked goods differ fundamentally from those of the wholesalers.
