Bäckerei-Konditorei Lanz GmbH

In 1958, my grandparents Ernst and Verena Lanz opened their bakery in Liebefeld. As the second eldest son, my father spent his youth working hard in the family business.

In 1988, he took over the business from my grandparents and opened an additional branch.

In 2010, we refocused our efforts on the production site in Liebefeld.

In 2019, I joined the business and focused my expertise in gastronomy on sales and the bistro.

In July 2020, we founded Bäckerei-Konditorei Lanz GmbH and I took over as managing director. After renovating the bistro, we will start the future in a modern and traditional way after the company holidays in August 2020.

We are fully focused on our strengths—and are making edible dreams come true with a motivated team.
