Stadelmann 1972

History

In 1972, Jürg Stadelmann, a young goldsmith, purchased Bijouterie Hofer at Marktgasse 29, where gold had been forged since 1880, thus laying the foundation for Bijouterie Stadelmann in 1972.

His father, Hans Stadelmann, had previously run a jewelry store with a goldsmith's workshop on Theaterplatz for more than 30 years. Bijoux Stadelmann made a name for itself with individual and innovative jewelry creations and was able to build up a loyal customer base.

After 33 years, Jürg Stadelmann handed over the business to Nicole Stadelmann in 2005.

The third generation also maintains high standards in the art of goldsmithing, combined with creativity and simple elegance.
