Access to the holistic human being can be approached through various forms of therapy. Body and energy work creates space for relaxation, connection, grounding and resources.

This leads to general well-being, self-regulation, a better flow of energy in the systems and the recognition of deep-seated processes. It promotes self-healing powers, provides stability and support and releases pain and blockages in the musculoskeletal system.

My work

The anamnesis is the start of every session. It offers clients time to get to know each other and creates space for clarification and initial orientation. Together, we create a suitable and individual treatment plan.
