Coaching/support on leadership issues
Management support
Based on my experience, I provide you with competent and focused management support for strategically important tasks assigned to senior management (developing concepts, reviewing optimization options, assisting with implementations, etc.). My services include needs-based, partial, and temporary support on a contract basis.

Clear processes are the backbone of an institution. The focus is on promoting internal customer orientation. Defining and adhering to these processes makes the work of all those involved easier and leads to functioning processes. It also shows that every employee is also an (internal) customer.

Simple knowledge management
The smallest unit of knowledge management is the individual. The source of successful and beneficial knowledge transfer always begins with the individual.

Doing good and making an impact is quality work. The impact should be visible and tangible.

Communication
The focus here – in contrast to traditional external communication – is on a high degree of maturity in internal communication. Vertical and horizontal communication are central to this and form part of successful cooperation and action.
Marketing
Every employee is a representative of the company. Identifying with one's own role and function as part of the whole is a prerequisite for high satisfaction and success.
Leadership, organizational and team development
A lot can be achieved with good leadership. Clarity, transparency, and reliability are among the factors that contribute to success and have a noticeable impact on corporate culture.
