Veloladen Bern GmbH Jørgensen

The MTB CYCLETECH bike store has been a household name in the Bernese bike scene since 1989. In 2002, Klaus Jørgensen took over the business, which he had been running since 1995, at its new location at Murtenstrasse 221. In March 2004, Lari Jørgensen, the eldest son, joined the team with his technical expertise.

He was also the one who got the whole family into mountain biking and won the first Swiss downhill championship title in 1992. In 1993, three Jørgensens were even in the national team at the same time, and Sari was able to celebrate various downhill successes in the following years, such as a World Championship title and WC victories.

Klaus Loosli has been part of the team for years and is a passionate touring cyclist, gravel biker and mountain biker from the very beginning. Klaus not only knows the most beautiful trails in Valais, but also the right bakery to go with them! He gives us great feedback on what holds up under extreme use and is happy to run the workshop in the bike store and advise you on your new bike. When the weather is bad, Klaus is a frame builder and solders beautiful custom-made steel frames; when the weather is nice, he's out biking.

Lari, as an enthusiastic mountain biker  and former racer & team mechanic  (Volvo Cannondale)  and of course Klaus 1 & Klaus2 (Loosli)  are passionate about their work and can benefit from their experience and pass it on to their customers.
