We believe in working together in a spirit of trust and partnership, in which everyone takes responsibility for their own area of work. We accept weaknesses and encourage strengths. As our day-to-day work is demanding, we are also keen to support each other. The aim is for everyone to enjoy coming to work and for the residents to feel this.
 

We are part of the village

Through our events and attitude, we create a close relationship with the local population. Integration in the village is very important to us, as our residents really enjoy this lively exchange. We always have an open house and warmly welcome everyone.
