The independence of our residents in shaping their lives is a high value. Personal wishes and needs are supported and accompanied in the context of the current situation. Freedom of choice to take part in activities, celebrate parties, invite friends etc. is maintained and supported whenever and wherever possible. If necessary, support is provided for visits to the hairdresser, foot care and participation in events.

There are no fixed visiting times for the Schlössli Biel-Bienne. Visitors are asked to be considerate of the residents' daily routines. Instead of house rules and regulations, we cultivate mutual respect, consideration and empathy.
