We place great value on our residents' independence in shaping their own lives. We support and assist with personal wishes and needs in the context of the current situation. Freedom of choice to participate in activities, celebrate parties, invite friends, etc. is maintained and supported whenever and wherever possible. If necessary, we provide assistance with visits to the hairdresser, pedicures, and participation in events.

There are no fixed visiting hours at Schlössli Biel-Bienne. Visitors are asked to be considerate of the daily routine of our residents. Instead of house rules and regulations, we cultivate mutual respect, consideration, and empathy.
