We offer the ideal conditions for people who want to relax for a few days, weeks or months with the following goal: Take time - holistic relaxation - new orientation - recharge your batteries - regain your balance - renew your sense of life - networking with other people in transition - suggestions, impulses and life support through therapy, courses and seminars.

The * ca 'stella* consists of two adjoining houses: the one on the left dates back to 1546, the one on the right (guesthouse) was built around 1900.

Frescoes are present in the stairwell and in many rooms admire. The house is located in the quiet old town of Bignasco, not far from the junction of the Bavona and Lavizzara rivers for the Maggia.

It has been largely rebuilt, furnished and managed in terms of building biology and ecology. The Serenity (= cheerful serenity) common room in the attic of the old house is used by young and old alike in the evenings and on bad days: for reading, meditating, playing music, making music and more. An atmospheric setting for seminars and groups.

We would like to increasingly offer special seminars for people in transition and look forward to requests and suggestions. The group room has a very good energy and the place here in the valley is a unique place of power.
