• cold platter with cheese
• eggs with ham
• minestrone
• green salad
• mixed salad

FIRST COURSES:

• risotto (min. 2 people) mushrooms
• risotto with mountain blueberries and gorgonzola (min. 2 people)
• chestnut gnocchi with Vallemaggia cheese fondue
• ravioli with butter and sage, or zucchini cream
• paccheri pasta, mushrooms, pancetta, and saffron
• fettuccine Alfredo

MAIN COURSES:

• Veal ossobuco with fettuccine and vegetables
• pork shank with spätzli, vegetables
• pork escalope with vegetables
• Roast beef with tartar sauce and potatoes (June-September)
