I have always been interested in the human body and its complexity, which led me to study motivational fitness and massage therapy.

What a wonderful journey: the body, the mind, the emotions, energy... a journey where my thirst for learning is insatiable, where every encounter is a constructive exchange, where every session is a human connection, where every body has its own story.

After a 10-year detour in the beautiful city of London, I am back and invite you to listen to yourself, reconnect, and take the time to care for yourself, to strive for that mental and physical balance that are closely linked.
