Prevention

This means taking the necessary steps to avoid accidents, the onset of injury or illness as far as possible. It is therefore important to identify and analyze risk factors. We offer personalized health assessments, and our range of courses, fitness and physical preparation also contribute to this.

This preventive aspect is not linked to obtaining a medical prescription.

The physiotherapist is qualified to provide advice and care aimed at:

-        Assessing and resolving work-related ergonomic problems

-        Improve and maintain physical fitness

-        Delay age-related functional impotence

-        Specific, healthy preparation for various sports

-        Improve postural education during growth and in adulthood

Treatment or rehabilitation

In consultation with the patient, the doctor assesses the need for physiotherapy treatment and writes a prescription for the physiotherapist. Based on this prescription and our physiotherapeutic assessment, we choose the treatment techniques and methods best suited to the condition and its evolution. We then set achievable goals and draw up a treatment plan specific to your needs. Advice and recommendations are also given in order to relieve pain, maintain maximum functional capacity, and thus enable the pursuit of an active life.

For an athlete, the aim will be to promote, as quickly as possible, a healthy return to practice or competition.

The development of your personal skills

We hope to guide you in choosing a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle. To this end, we offer programs and follow-ups for fitness, physical preparation, as well as an individualized offer of fitness and group classes.

Patients undergoing treatment have the option of using fitness to carry out their personal exercise program. At the end of their treatment, we encourage them to remain active, by taking out a fitness subscription, participating in a group class (Gym douce, Pilâtes, Ecole de course, preparing for the winter season, etc...) or continuing any physical activity.
