Falsche Medikamente / Nicht diskret

Ich habe 2 schlechte Erfahrungen bei dieser Apotheke: - Ich habe ein spezifisches OTC medikament gefragt, und mann hat mir unbedingt etwas anders mitgegeben. Resultat nach 2 Tage: Notfall im Spital mit einer Allergie! - Ein anderes Mal hatte ich eine private frage (bez. gynaecologie). Stattdessen diskret zu sein, hat die Dame sehr laut an Ihre Kollege meine Frage wiederholt. Kunden haben gelacht und ich habe mich geschämt. Ich gehe nur zur diese Apotheke wenn ich wirklich nicht anders kann!

die Apotheke ist gut gelegen und hat alles, nur schade, ist das Personal meistens unfreundlich, demotiviert und geht man mit einem negativen Gefühl wieder raus. zudem sehr bürokratisch, ineffizient und sehr altbacken ...
