In 2022, the three brothers transferred their shares to the youngest members of the family, Franconi Simone, Fabiano's son, and Franconi Alessio, Moreno's son. With the generational transition, Fabiano reached retirement age, while Moreno remained as a board member and Luca continues to work as a laborer. Franconi Simone is the current president of the company, while Franconi Alessio serves as administrative secretary.

Currently, the company has seven staff members, including secretary Hohl-Franconi Lisa, Moreno's daughter. Depending on the needs, we also cooperate with temporary staff. In the past, in the years 2000-2004, we went as far as having up to thirty units employed 100 percent.

To carry out our activities, we have state-of-the-art equipment and machinery of recent manufacture, which enable us to guarantee the quality and efficiency of our services.
