In 2022, the three brothers transferred their shares to the younger members of the family, Franconi Simone, son of Fabiano, and Franconi Alessio, son of Moreno. With the generational change, Fabiano reached retirement age, while Moreno remained as a member of the board of directors and Luca continues to work as a laborer. Franconi Simone is the current president of the company, while Franconi Alessio holds the position of administrative secretary.

Currently, the company has seven employees, including secretary Hohl-Franconi Lisa, Moreno's daughter. Depending on our needs, we also work with temporary staff. In the past, between 2000 and 2004, we had up to thirty full-time employees.

To carry out our activities, we have state-of-the-art, recently manufactured equipment and machinery, which allows us to guarantee the quality and efficiency of our services.
