The mission of the Kantonsspital Baselland (Canton Hospital of Basel-Country - KSBL) is to provide medical services to about one quarter of a million individuals. At the same time, the hospital is actively engaged in basic and advanced medical training programs.
Through our clinics and institutions at three locations we offer the full spectrum of first rate medical services at what we refer to as a central hospital organization. In some instances we are purposefully consolidating the expertise of specific medical fields at one single location. Thanks to this model we are currently in a position to offer patients in Basel and vicinity all of the vast services of a large hospital while simultaneously bundling medical knowledge at clinics with specific professional focal points. Given that we operate our own university clinics and institutions, engage in research collaborations with other universities and integrated research projects with healthcare/life science enterprises, we are ideally positioned to offer our patients ultra-modern medical services and technologies.
Après avoir été prise en charge aux urgences pour une fracture de la main, j'ai été opérée par le service de la chirurgie de la main et à présent je suis suivie par le service d'ergotherapie. Le sérieux et la disponibilité de tous ces professionnels sont excellents.
