Hygienic pests
Typical hygienic pests include pests that can transmit pathogens to humans and animals, mainly via their excretions.
Typical hygiene pests include flies, rats, mice, cockroaches, bedbugs, fleas, pigeon ticks and pharaoh ants.

Material pests
These pests destroy textiles, wool, leather, wood, natural products and everyday objects, for example. In addition to rodents (rats and mice), which cause short circuits or even fires by gnawing or gnawing through electrical cables, for example, material pests also include the clothes moth, the ball beetle and the brass beetle.

Storage pests
Mainly cereal products, baked goods, nuts and protein-containing food are infested by storage pests. It is worth noting that most developmental stages of most parasites are killed by simple pasteurization at 60 °C for a few minutes, but that some can survive even prolonged freezing at temperatures around minus 20 °C.
