I deal with the repair, consultation, and sale of appliances, as well as general electrical work (limited license art. 15).

My strong point is after-sales service. Thanks to my proximity to customers, I am able to provide assistance and carry out repairs even after purchase, so that the customer is never left alone. The limited area of operation gives me the opportunity to be faster and more flexible.

Within the company, there is a separate section, "Studio Dorsa: Lighting Planning/Lichtplanung/Light Design," where I deal with everything related to the magical world of light, from consulting to lighting design, from the sale of lighting fixtures to the creation of custom lighting systems. This is a project that is slowly coming to fruition through school visits and practical trials. I am taking my time to improve it and develop it because light is a material that must be loved and felt before it can be created.
