By combining physiotherapy and training, we offer a comprehensive range of prevention and rehabilitation services 7 days a week.

Regular training promotes health and improves well-being.
After injuries, an optimally coordinated transition from medical treatment to physiotherapy and training therapy shortens the rehabilitation period.

Further training stabilizes and improves the state of health in the long term.

In addition to physiotherapy (incl. domiciliary therapy) and the medical fitness center, we offer other services such as massage, testing, DNA analysis/nutrition coaching, a high-quality and varied course programme, a supervised crèche, athlete support, Spirotiger breathing training center, back therapy center RTC by Dr. Wolff and occupational physiotherapy/ergonomics.

Training as medicine
Many people have multiple health problems that arise from lack of exercise and other external conditions.

Our center also offers preventive measures to maintain health, but this program is also aimed at people who already have complaints or are exposed to certain risk factors.

People who are overweight, have back pain, low physical performance, a poorly resilient cardiovascular system or people with a predominantly sedentary job who have already undergone rehabilitation measures (e.g. medical training therapy) are in the right place with us.

The difference to "normal" fitness training lies in the application of the methods and the high qualification of our supervising trainers. In this segment, rehab trainers, physiotherapists and sports instructors are used to meet the higher health requirements.

Flexibility and coordination training is far more important than is the case with pure fitness training. Endurance training and strength training are combined for this purpose.

Another difference is the high degree of individualization of the training. As risk factors, degree of complaints and physical history are different for everyone, it is necessary to work out each program individually.
