Standard for us means nothing other than that as much as possible of the planned property is taken from existing plans, etc. And at the same time, almost all individual wishes can be taken into account in the planning... And new: every house in three ideal construction classes - at a fixed price!

Modular detached houses:
Our modular single-family homes got their name thanks to their simplified architectural basis in terms of existing plans - with the clear aim of "cost-reduced construction".
Modular construction = cost-efficient brick by brick!
