Refurbishment and conversion of buildings worthy of preservation or protection in collaboration with the cantonal monument preservation authorities
• Extensions and conversions of single-family homes with complete energy refurbishment.

 

New construction of residential and nursing homes
Design and realization of various forms of living in old age. Supporting the client from the initial idea through to implementation. Two examples:

• "Im Zelgli": Living in old age in Madiswil, the somewhat different residential development with many additional services, such as a care living group, lunch table, multi-purpose room, day care center, group practice for 5 family doctors and much more

• "Alters- und Pflegewohnheim Schärme", in Melchnau: Extension with 2 new buildings and conversion of existing building. Realization took place in 3 stages 2016-2019

 

Commercial and office buildings and public buildings
New construction, conversion or redesign of office buildings, industrial or commercial buildings and public buildings. For example, conversion of the headquarters of the Langenthal industrial operations or the extension of the Langenthal artificial ice rink

Creation of digital planning bases for existing buildings: 3D models, floor plans, sections. For example Casa Molino Vira(TI). Visualizations and renderings of your projects (ArchiCAD, Photoshop, InDesign).
