I no longer do home consultations 

You can park on the visitor's square, or under the canopy (right-hand square) in front of the building, or in the hospital parking lot (attention parking meter) a 3-minute walk away. 
If you come by public transport, bus 201, stop "hôpital de Riaz" then 3-minute walk, or if you come from Fribourg, bus 234 stops at Riaz, then 10-minute walk.
