1. Classical massage

Classical massage is for people who wish to prevent and treat musculoskeletal dysfunctions.It provides real relaxation and is effective in remedying certain physical disorders caused by stress.

1. The relaxation massage

What is it?

Thanks to slow, deep movements, it helps you let go, alleviating or even eliminating various accumulated tensions. The benefits of this massage are felt through increased listening to oneself and the emotions within. We're thus better able to appreciate our personal value.

1. The cranial massage

The cranial massage revolves around a few gentle and more pronounced movements. It will be combined with either a facial or neck massage.

You've got tension, maybe even a headache, this massage is ideal to offer you a moment of relaxation and release tension.

1. Manual lymphatic drainage

What is it?

 Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique designed to stimulate lymph circulation and detoxify the body, while strengthening the immune system.

For whom?

Drainage is recommended  for edema, acne, eczema, joint pain, cellulite, heavy legs,  stress, insomnia,  etc.

1. Dorn and Breuss therapy

Dieter Dorn's spinal therapy is a method of neuromuscular back massage, the aim of which is the gentle repositioning of each vertebra.

The Breuss massage is a very slow, very deep massage that works magnificently during overwork or trying events occurring in life. A specific touch applied to different zones will identify and reduce tensions in order to restore balance.

Anyone experiencing a trying episode looking for a gentle approach. For back pain.
