Description
Since 2019, I have been practicing in the field of psychiatry, having gained solid experience in various hospital units: personality and mood disorders, crisis management, psychotic disorders, as well as psychiatric care for the elderly.
I have completed my curriculum with specialized training to enrich my practice such as NADA Acudetox training (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) used to treat anxiety and depressive disorders, insomnia and addiction problems as well as training in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), particularly beneficial for people with Borderline disorders.
Since April 2023, I have been working as an independent mental health nurse in the canton of Fribourg, accompanying adults and elderly people suffering from psychiatric and psychological disorders.My aim is to support my patients in managing their mental and behavioral disorders, whether in my practice in Bulle (at Cabinet Zéphyr) or at home.
Empathetic, a good listener, attentive and positive, I enjoy human contact and strive to create a warm and secure environment for my patients. I take the time needed to establish a relationship of trust, essential for their well-being and for the work we do together.
