The Breuss massage is a gentle, delicate massage of the spine. With slow, calm strokes, relaxation of the deep muscles of the spine is achieved. Relieves back pain, helps regenerate intervertebral discs, soothes and relaxes. Breuss massage is a back and neck massage that follows the entire spine that has an effect on the whole body.

Therapeutic massage is a full-body or part-body massage, depending on your current need. It provokes an effect of physical and psychic well-being, helps blood circulation, aids digestion and contributes to the elimination of toxins in the body. Perfect before or after a competition, relieves tension and helps with insomnia, migraines, etc.

Rebooutement massage, classic (relaxation) massage and therapeutic massage are massages that include legs, back, neck and arms. This will depend on your needs and desires.

Sandrine Lüscher obtained her Naturopath diploma from the Ecole Professionnelle Supérieure de Naturopathie (EPSN), founded in 1992 in the spirit of synthesis of Professor Pierre-Valentin Marchesseau, founder of naturopathy.
In 2012, she decided to launch herself into massage, first learning reboutement massage, then classical and therapeutic massage.
