Founded from scratch in 1982, Sottas SA in Bulle has grown up according to a harmonious program and today represents the very best in metal construction. Founder Bernard Sottas handed over the reins in 2010 to his daughter Laure Sottas Solenghi and son-in-law Nadir Solenghi. He drew on his training as a mechanical engineer to create a work tool adapted to today's requirements: ultra-modern machinery, IT network, logistics and control of the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality, reliability and performance in the service of customers. The manufacturing chain ranges from locksmithing to large-scale metal framing, including extremely complex parts, and masters the entire structure and envelope of a building: high-tech glass and metal facades for large buildings.

In October 2020, acquisition of a new branch in Vaud, more precisely in Denges. This new site, between Lausanne and Morges, covers some 30,000 m2 and will strengthen the technical staff and exceed the 400-employee mark.

We are also committed to the development of our products and services.

We also attach great importance to professional training. To ensure that our know-how in the field of metal construction is passed on from generation to generation, we are a partner of the Ecole romande du Métal in Bulle. The latter trains young people as metal constructors or draughtsmen.
