Our sandblasting company Hänni AG specializes in the cleaning and treatment of a wide variety of surfaces. You have the surface, we have the solution!
We can draw on 30 years of experience in the field of sandblasting.
Sandblasting, our all-rounder!
With the sandblasting method, we are able to treat all surfaces. With the right choice of blasting material, nozzle and air pressure, everything from heavy abrasion in the metal sector to the finest blasting work on listed buildings is possible. With our wide range of different blasting media, we always have the right material to hand. We use melting chamber slag, broken glass in various grain sizes, nutshell granulate (walnut), maize meal and garnet sand.
In our company, sandblasting is very frequently used on wooden surfaces. We remove all coatings from facades and interiors. Very often, we also treat untreated woodwork to remove the traces of time. Wood blasting is extremely demanding. Thanks to our extensive experience, wood processing is one of our specialties.
In the area of corrosion protection, we use sandblasting to perfectly prepare the surfaces of various structures for the application of rust-protective coatings. The SA 2.5 degree of purity is easily achieved with sandblasting. Definition SA 2.5: The surface is defined as being free of any oil, grease, dirt, scale, rust/corrosion, oxides, paint and other foreign bodies.
Woodwork:
Facade areas, roof trusses, wooden structures, interior wooden cladding, sliding floors, ceilings, stairs, fire restoration, furniture, window shutters, etc.
Metal surfaces:
Iron structures, bridges, preparatory work for tank overhauls, canopies, railings, grilles, body parts, wheel rims, motorcycle, moped and bicycle frames, radiators, etc.
Concrete:
All concrete surfaces
(slurry blasting also possible)
Slurry blasting
Slurry blasting is a combination of compressed air, blasting material and water. The added water binds the dust and makes this blasting method virtually dust-free.
We use slurry blasting to roughen concrete surfaces. The finishing of concrete is becoming increasingly popular.
We use slurry blasting to remove plastic-bound coatings from mineral plaster that are harmful to the substance. This work step is essential as preparatory work in order to create a mineral structure.
We use the slurry blasting method to remove stubborn graffiti that cannot be removed with water jets.

such as concrete, stairs, landings, etc.

Removal of harmful plastic-bound coatings on mineral plaster
Removal of all coatings and soiling on masonry, concrete and artificial stone
Water jetting
Water jetting is a very clean way of cleaning. Our modern jetting machine can be supplemented with various devices. The Skater is used for cleaning large areas of outdoor floors. The Skater is a machine equipped with flat nozzles. It uses a vacuum nozzle to suck up the sprayed-on water and transport it away via a hose.
For facade surfaces, we use the Skater's little brother, the Twister. This device uses the same technology and is easy to carry thanks to its low weight.
We also use lances to treat all surfaces. These can be equipped with flat nozzles and dirt cutters. With the latter, we remove the buoyake from the concrete (without aesthetic requirements).

Dry ice blasting
This method is our most modern way of blasting. The area of application of the dry ice blasting method is very limited due to low abrasion.
The surface is only slightly changed during dry ice blasting. This is why this method is used more for cleaning purposes.
Dry ice blasting is very suitable for removing protective layers (Tektil) from the underbody of vehicles. Dry ice blasting is also the ideal method for cleaning delicate parts, such as engines, where no blasting material is allowed to get inside. In the facade area, we remove stubborn ivy roots from plaster and woodwork with dry ice. Weathered glazes can also be removed with dry ice.

Sandblasting cabin
We process surfaces of various materials in the sandblasting cabin. Our blasting cabin is suitable for all objects up to 5m in length.
The treatment of furniture is very popular.
