You’ve probably heard that the solution lies within you. And often, that’s true. But for that inner solution to truly help, it needs to be uncovered, deeply felt, and gently transformed into action. My role is to support you on this path of change, using an integrative approach that brings together sophrology, hypnosis, and RITMO® (a technique inspired by EMDR).

Hypnosis helps you access your unconscious resources to overcome emotional, behavioural, or physical blocks.
Sophrology teaches you how to calm your mind, reconnect with your body, and manage your emotions.
RITMO®, similar to EMDR, is especially effective in helping process and release traumatic experiences.

With active listening, recognized methods, and over 10 years of experience in private practice, I support a wide range of issues, including:
